Full health questionaire/ Past Medical history / Family history

Height/ Weight and Body Mass Index (BMI)

Blood pressure (BP), pulse and heart examination

Examination of the abdomen (includes liver and kidneys), central nervous system, muskuloskeletal system, ENT (ears, nose and throat), respiratory system

Eyesight test including colour vision and visual acuity

Urine analysis including a test for diabetes and kidney function

Lung function test (PEFR, peak expiratory flow rate)

Lifestyle and general medical discussion with the doctor or nurse

Full screening blood tests, including Full Blood Count, Liver function,
Kidney function, Glucose, Calcium, Phosphate, Iron, Thyroid
function, Cholesterol and Lipid profile.
